(More customer reviews)It's been a while since we had a licensed MLB game on the GBA (let alone a good one), and if you played MLB 2K7 on the DS, which was possibly one of the worse games ever for the system, and thought you'd get a different experience on the GBA, you are dead wrong. MLB 2K7 features every single bad element from the DS, making this one of the absolute worst games to pick up for Nintendo's stalwart handheld. First of all, there is no season mode, which alone is inexcusable to say the least. Not to mention that there is only one stadium, yes one stadium, to play in. All of the players look exactly alike regardless of the team (how can the Yankees not have pinstripes? Blasphemy!) and the fielders move slower than molasses in the winter time. The pitching and fielding mechanics are a joke to say the least, making it a wonder how this game ever passed quality control. If there's one good thing to say about the GBA version of MLB 2K7, it's that the player models themselves look pretty good in the catcher's view (and actually better than the DS version), but that is the only positive thing to find here. Avoid MLB 2K7 for the GBA at all costs, and send off your GBA with some dignity.
