(More customer reviews)This game is fun. That fact is undeniable. However, this is not the first thing you will say about the game. The first thing that will come to mind after playing All Star Baseball for the first time is something along these lines: "how am i supposed to get a hit?" "was it meant to be this hard?" "this is frustrating!!!!!!!!" The controls take some getting used to, especially the BASE RUNNING!!!!!!! If you go in thinking this will be fun for an arcade game, take a pass. The game takes patience and a lot of practice, but in the end it is worth it. Within a week the average gamer should have it mastered and be moving up the difficulty level. Kudos to the game for it's amazing ammounts of stats, graphics, and choices for game types. Curse them for there base running, AI, and lack of first names for players. The announcer is also half dead, but it's good that they at least have an announcer. This game is detailed, interesting, and yes, very fun; it's not for the weak kneed or impatient however.
